Essential Functions

Works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of SEO Analysts, Content Specialists, User Experience Designers, Account Managers and Project Managers to evaluate customers' websites, data, and user research to inform A/B test initiatives. This role will be responsible for the successful delivery of client A/B testing engagements and will be hands-on in the planning and execution to drive measurable performance improvements.

Responsible for:

  • Works closely with the UX lead and/or Sr. UX Designer to execute an A/B test strategy and align on types of UX research or mock ups needed to inform optimization strategy.
  • Educate newcomers to CRO tactics and help stakeholders understand the strategy and approach for testing programs and optimizations.
  • Set up testing programs from scratch or ability to consult on existing programs within a client organization.
  • Develop and manage multiple A/B test initiatives simultaneously, prioritize test roadmaps, write test briefs, and ensure projects are executed on time.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on findings.
  • Align on test KPIs, sample size and test run length for all tests.
  • Understand testing statistics, differences between Bayesian and Frequentist, and ability to analyze the stats to ensure test validity.
  • Ability to communicate findings, progress updates, and recommendations with internal and client stakeholders at all levels of the organization in a clear and concise manner.
  • Understand and recommend tag updates for general data tracking or test-specific needs.
  • Overall A/B test approach for the organization and how we speak to.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills

  • 5+ years experience running enterprise testing programs.
  • Proven track record of delivering on KPIs.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools, heat mapping tools, or tag management software.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to break down complex problems.
  • Self-starter who can work with team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS to articulate test set up and needs for developers.
  • Adaptability in the face of shifting demands and situations.
  • Comfortability in front of clients and creating positive relationships with team members across the organization.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this role is $74,000 to $113,000.*This salary range is based off of the market pay for all of the United States; Terakeet applies a multiplier to this range based upon the specific geographic location of a job candidate*
