Duties :

Services to be Performed Twice Weekly:

• Toilets shall be washed and sanitized
• Floors should be swept and damp mopped with a disinfectant cleaner.
• Areas around and on door handles, light switches and other surfaces that are frequently touched, shall be washed and disinfected.
• Washbasins shall be cleaned damp-wiped and dried as necessary to keep them in a clean condition. Paper towel dispenser shall be refilled as needed.
• Mirrors, dispensers, and chromium fixtures shall be damp-wiped and polished.
• All other surfaces shall be spot-cleaned.
• Paper towel waste receptacles shall be emptied and towel, toilet paper, & soap serviced prior to occupants’ (employees) official starting time. Sanitary napkins receptacles shall be emptied, cleaned, disinfected and provided with a new bag liner.
• Restroom surface area of wall, doors, window frames and sills shall be damp wiped with a disinfectant.

Office Area Cleaning:

• Wastebaskets shall be emptied and trash removed to main disposal area. (large can outside) Wastebaskets shall be lined with plastic liner.
• Carpeted floor area shall be vacuumed to remove all obvious surface dirt from traffic areas and spot to remove obvious stains. Exposed floor areas in partially-carpets areas shall be swept on the same schedule.
• The rug areas shall be spot-vacuumed to remove all obvious surface dirt from traffic areas.
• Countertop in the conference room areas shall be cleaned, damp-wiped and dried, to keep them in a clean condition.
• Replace light bulbs as needed.
• Entrance glass and foyer glass shall be cleaned.
• Spot clean walls, woodwork, window and glass as necessary.

Periodic Cleaning Services.

Qualification :

• The applicant must be 18 (eighteen) years of age or older.
