Technician

Aftermath is hiring immediately for an entry-level Crime Scene Cleaning Technician. If you are passionate about helping people during times of tragedy and enjoy working in a hands-on environment, we invite you to apply. We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and hardworking entry-level technician to join our team. In this role, you will be integral in assisting families during critical times. Your work will include a range of biohazard cleanup tasks, adhering to strict safety and compliance standards. This position provides an excellent opportunity for career growth and development in biohazard remediation.

What you'll do:

• Respond promptly to service calls, providing biohazard remediation services in various emergency situations.
• Participate in comprehensive training programs in biohazard cleanup process and procedures, safety, compliance, customer service, and related skills.
• Support Supervisors and Shop Managers in daily operations and special projects as needed

Requirements:

• You must be within a 50-minute drive to the shop to be available in the required time of receiving a service call.
• You must also be willing to travel, and depending on the situation, be flexible with multi-day travel and overnights (we provide meal and lodging accommodations).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) or clean driving history.
• Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is a plus
• Customer service experience is a plus
