The Role

The RMA Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the timely processing of all warranty inventory returns. The RMA Coordinator understands the impact of this position to other business functions that depend on the accuracy and efficiency of the inventory management processes. This position requires adherence to vendor return guidelines and timelines.

Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Identifies and organizes incoming equipment that requires an RMA submission.
  • Submits RMAs under the vendor guidelines, packages and ships RMA items.
  • Verifies receipt of credit or replacement of RMA items and records in inventory system.
  • Remains up-to-date with relevant RMA information (e.g. Supplier Handbooks, Release Bulletins, general vendor policies, and other requirements).
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Strong computer skills: primarily Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Flexible, able to multi-task, and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
  • Motivated individual capable of working with limited direction.
