ICU Registered Nurse

SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ICU registered nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide nursing care to critically ill patients in our hospital's intensive care unit (ICU), working closely with other healthcare professionals to support patients' health and wellbeing. You will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients in the ICU, and will have the opportunity to work with advanced medical technology and equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU, including administering medication and treatments, monitoring patients' vital signs, and providing respiratory support
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and therapists, to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
• Educate patients and their families about their condition and treatment plan, and provide emotional support as needed
• Document patients' medical history and progress, and maintain accurate and complete records
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, and ensure that medical equipment is properly sterilized and maintained

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current and valid registered nurse (RN) license
• Completion of a nursing program and passage of the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX)
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as an RN in a hospital or clinical setting
• Experience working in an ICU or a related healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize patient care in
