We are looking for a multi-store lead for Optimal Wireless LLC is a crucial role within the wireless retail industry. As a multi-store lead, your main responsibilities involve overseeing the operations and sales performance of multiple stores under your supervision. Your role is to ensure the success and profitability of each store while maintaining excellent customer service.


Detailed Job Description:

  • Store Operations: You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of multiple wireless stores. This includes ensuring that each store is properly staffed, maintaining attractive store displays, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure adequate product availability.
  • Sales Performance: Your primary goal is to drive sales and achieve revenue targets across all stores. You will provide guidance and support to store managers and sales associates in order to help them meet individual and team sales goals. Monitoring sales performance, analyzing trends, and implementing strategies to maximize sales growth will be essential.
  • Staff Management: You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a high performing team of store managers and sales associates. This involves conducting regular performance evaluations, providing coaching and feedback, and implementing training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Customer Service: Ensuring exceptional customer service is a top priority. You will set the standard for customer service in all stores, ensuring that customers receive personalized assistance and have a positive experience. Handling escalated customer issues and resolving conflicts effectively will be part of your role.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Collaborating with the marketing department, you will develop and implement effective marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness. This may involve coordinating in-store events, managing digital marketing efforts, and analyzing the effectiveness of different marketing initiatives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing sales data, financial reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each store. Providing regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for improvement will be essential.
  • Collaboration and Communication: As a multi-store lead, you will work closely with other department heads, such as operations, finance, and marketing, to align strategies and achieve company-wide objectives. Effective communication and collaboration skills are vital in this role. Overall, as a multi-store lead for Optimal Wireless, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing the overall operations and performance of multiple wireless retail stores.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year retail experience in sales or customer service
  • Minimum one year experience handling cash transactions
  • Proficient use of PC software (MS Office preferred)
  • Bilingual

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Retail Associates & Cashiers: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Spanish (Required)
