We are hiring a Finance Director for our Enterprise Division within our growing team!  The Finance Director will primarily be responsible for finance transactions and reporting within our Enterprise Division containing service industry entities, food service industry entities, event and planning entities, and more!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
  • Preparing journal entries, analysis, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes.
  • Contributing to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections.
  • Maintaining documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, and conducting internal audits.
  • Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Meeting processing and reporting deadlines.
  • Ensure revenue and expenses are allocated to the correct cost centers.
  • Analyze profit margins and markups.
  • Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits.
  • Ensuring compliance with GAAP.
  • Monthly sales tax and tire use tax.
  • Assisting other finance staff as needed.

Key Experience and Education Needed:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
  • 2+ years of accounting experience.

Other Qualifications to be Considered:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Working knowledge of GAAP.
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Good problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience with Sage 300 and Excel preferred.
