Operation PAR, Inc. is a non-profit organization offering the full continuum of services for individuals with substance use and/or mental health disorders. PAR has been providing comprehensive behavioral health treatment in west Florida since 1970 through advocacy, education, clinical services, and research.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Performs substance abuse and mental health counseling work on an individual client basis and in a group setting. Also provides evaluation, screening and assessment services. Responsible for servicing primary caseload along with other clients as assigned, and documenting in accordance with company standards.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Master's or in a Master’s program n a related field of counseling, psychology, social work or human services with prior experience. One years experience in counseling work in individual, family and group settings required.
