We are looking for a Front Desk Representative to join our team at our Chestertown Branch! In this role, the candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering phones, addressing questions about our facility, and assisting members and guests. Additionally, the candidate will oversee wellness equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the facility to uphold the high standards of the YMCA.
- Serve as the front desk representative, welcoming members and guests with a friendly attitude
- Answer phones and provide information about our facility
- Ensure that members are checked in and assist them with any inquiries
- Oversee wellness equipment, ensuring it is properly maintained and in working order
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility to represent the YMCA brand effectively
- Previous experience in customer service or a front desk role preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge or interest in wellness equipment and facility maintenance is a plus
