Duties and Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat patients with mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including evaluations and scheduled follow-up care.
- Assesses, diagnoses, prescribes medication.
- Monitors medications side effects and participates in the treatment planning process.
- Coordinate and integrate multidisciplinary service for patients, collaborating with nurse and other team members to ensure the patient's treatment plan is effective.
- Document participant progress and permanent record of activity through assessments, diagnosis, and dispositions, according to the established methods and procedures.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the supervisors
Experience:
- Nurse Practitioners: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Certified Nurse Practitioner license (Required)
