Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, data analysis, and process optimization. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining supply chain models, forecasts, and KPIs to support decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain supply chain models, forecasts, and KPIs to support decision-making, including demand forecasting, inventory forecasting, and production planning.

• Assess labor requirements for production to ensure optimal staffing levels and resource allocation.

• Optimize inventory levels and safety stock to minimize stockouts and maintain efficient inventory management.

• Closely monitor key customer demand and supply to proactively address potential stockouts and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Analyze supply chain data, including Point of Sale (POS) data, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

• Analyze material requirements and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials for production and distribution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement supply chain initiatives and process improvements.

• Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate key supply chain metrics and insights to stakeholders.

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2 years of experience in supply chain analysis or related roles.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods.

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server for data querying and manipulation.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
