From our site’s design to our company name and logo, you may have noticed a theme around here. What’s behind our name? A company is the name for two or more firefighters operating together as a team. And so Company 119 is the name we gave our own team of like-minded creative professionals, working closely with each other to deliver the best possible service to our clients. Our decision to give our company a firefighting theme was made with great intention. We believe our work is guided by the same values and principles of a firehouse. Like in firefighting, success in digital marketing is not possible without anticipation, thorough preparation, and effective communication and delivery. At Company 119, we are proactive. What You Would Do

Our Digital Graphic Specialists play a pivotal role on our team, transforming our clients' visions into stunning realities. Whether it involves crafting the user interface of a cutting-edge website, curating the layout of an impactful email campaign, enhancing visuals within an online video, or spearheading the creative on a dynamic social media campaign, you will be the creative force behind elevating our clients' brands to new heights. Furthermore, you will take the lead in implementing web content and managing CMS to craft visually captivating website designs and deliver immersive online experiences.

We are on the lookout for dynamic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, ready to adapt to the ever-evolving landscape of clients and projects. Additionally, you'll be instrumental in managing and providing direction to design contractors, ensuring seamless collaboration and the successful execution of projects.

Required Experience

• High attention to detail
• Minimum of 1 year working in a related field
• Advanced experience in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Experience with WordPress and using theme builders
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively
• Responds promptly to tasks, questions, and requests
• Ability to embrace challenges with enthusiasm (Run Toward Fire)
• Passionate about his or her work, pushing creative boundaries to unlock innovative solutions and deliver exceptional work
• Adherence to timelines, hourly targets, and budget goals

Bonus Skills (but not required)

Bonus skills will help us determine where in the compensation range you would fall.

• Using the Breakdance Builder
• Using Adobe XD or Figma
• Working in an agency
• Communicating with clients and vendors

Compensation

• $50,000-$65,000 annually
