D2DInc is looking for a Jr. Procurement Technician to assist government clients at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Crane, IN. This position is a hybrid position - will work on customer site 2-3 days a week and remotely from home 2-3 days a week.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties to be carried out include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in contract closeout documentation, modifications, and preparation of files for long term storage using IAW records management guidelines
  • Provide document handling services including filing (manual and electronic), duplication and distribution
  • Support scanning of documents into the electronic filing system
  • Post notices to SAM.gov and PIEE-Solicitation module
  • Assist personnel in correspondence, reports, data entry, and maintenance of files
  • Provide administrative support to consist of mail sorting and distribution, receipt documentation tracking, and scanning of miscellaneous documentation

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must have an active Secret security clearance or be able to obtain one
  • Must have an Associate's degree in business, finance, or equivalent field preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office products to include Excel, Access, and SharePoint
  • Must have strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to interact professionally exhibiting decorum and discretion at all times
  • Individual must be self-motivated, a fast learner and able to complete tasks with minimal direction and supervision
