The qualified candidate will oversee the branch's parts and warehouse operations to maximize efficiency and profitability. Responsibilities include providing superior customer service by completing parts orders in a timely manner, effectively managing inventory and controlling administrative costs.
Qualifications Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 3-5 years parts and inventory experience in a heavy equipment distributorship or related environment. Bachelor's degree a plus.
- Technical aptitude to diagnose customer needs and develop solutions is essential.
- Other important attributes include leadership and interpersonal skills; computer and systems proficiency; working knowledge of successful parts programs.
