Salary:

OVP HEALTH is actively seeking a Part-Time qualified and experienced Family Nurse Practitioners (FNP) or Physician Assistants (PA) for the Louisa, KY location. This opportunity is for a FNP or PA with an emphasis on Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) embedded with primary care. This is a full-time position for a primary care clinic. Must have a KY DEA.


Licensure/Certifications required:


  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in KY
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in KY 
  • Current KY DEA
  • Current KY DATA 2000 Waiver
  • National certification in applicable area
  • Successful completion of OVP HEALTH credentialing process prior to practice
