Architectural CAD Designer

Schell Brothers is looking for a Architectural CAD Designer to join our team as we continue to grow in the residential construction industry. This is a Full Time Position that would have the following responsibilities:

• Manage multiple tasks in a timely manner
• Meet with a team to collaborate design options
• Coordinate with Architects, Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers, and MEP Consultants
• Preparation of Architectural Design
• Preparation of Construction Drawings
• Coordinate documentation for Approvals and Permitting

• Residential and/or Commercial Design Experience
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit
• Ability to create Interior and Exterior Renderings for Marketing and Presentations
• Knowledge of Building Codes
• Experience with developing Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections and Details
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Must be detail oriented, organized and able to solve problems

Education and Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience in similar positions, preferred but not required.
