Responsibilities:  

• Provide non-medical care to seniors in their own homes
• Establish open communication and develop friendly relationships with seniors and their families
• Help seniors get into and out of bed as needed
• Help seniors use the restroom when needed
• Help seniors with meals
• Help seniors with personal care (bathing, dressing and grooming)
• Perform duties as assigned on a personalized senior care service plan
• Inspire a positive, can-do attitude when it comes to daily tasks, appointments and hobbies
• Maintain a trusting and comforting environment in the home

Requirements:

• Submit to criminal background investigation, motor vehicle driving record check and pre-employment drug screening
• Possess a valid current driver's license, automobile insurance and a reliable vehicle
• 18 years or older
• Able to safety lift and transfer 25lbs.
