Program Director

Director of Community and Site Director Job Requirements:

• Must be a level 3 or higher on the Montana Practitioner Registry
• Must have CDA, AA, in ECE, or BA in ECE
• Must have a min. of 3 years experience working in a licensed childcare facility.1-yearMust have 1-year experience in childcare leadership.
• Must have knowledge of Google drive, google sheets, google docs, word, excel, and PowerPoint and be good at navigating computer apps and systems.
• Must have strong character, a servant's heart, and good customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assists Regional Director and Owner in setting organizational philosophy, culture, core values, policies, and procedures
• Reports to Regional Director and Owner
• Ensures a respectful environment where harassment, discrimination and intolerance are not allowed, and where differences in background, cultures, and abilities are celebrated
• Lives and Breathes Company Core values and Vision
• Collaborates on identifying staffing shortages and overages and hires staff
• Serves as a resource in the field of Early Childhood Education for staff;
• Travels to local Discovery Kidzone locations and works with teachers training and modeling.
• Fills in the classrooms as needed to cover ratios and training needs accordingly.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends
