  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with patient registration and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Process insurance claims and assist with billing procedures.
  • Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and privacy.
  • Assist with office administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the dental practice.
  • Act as a key team player, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a dental office scheduler is essential.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
