Construction Laborer Summary:

• Assist in the assembly and construction of custom modular homes using your expert skills in framing, roofing, siding, flooring and finishing work.
• Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools with finesse and precision.
• Follow project plans and collaborate with your team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Create a safe and tidy work environment by adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Physical Stamina – Construction work can be demanding, so you must be physically fit and have good manual dexterity. You must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time, lift heavy materials, kneel, squat, stoop, twist, walk along rafters, climb ladders, etc.
• Construction Know-How – Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred, but if you have the passion and eagerness to learn, we want to hear from you!
• Team Player – Great communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.
• Positive Attitude – A can-do attitude and a commitment to excellence are essential.
