Solutions Auto Group (SAG) is a privately owned auto finance dealership in SW Oklahoma. We started in Chickasha in May of 2008. Opened in Duncan, North of town in 2011. Then the Duncan location moved to our larger facility South of Main St on HWY 81 in 2019. We opened in Lawton in 2016. We have helped thousands of customers with Good, Bad, Ugly or No Credit. SAG is looking to add a "B or C" Automotive Technician to our team in Chickasha, OK. I am only looking for the best of the best to join our winning team, are you the best? If you have experience as a technician or mechanic and have a successful track record, we want to talk to you! This person will be accountable for repairing vehicles and their ongoing maintenance for our loyal customer base. We do not work on vehicles for the public!!

The ideal candidate must have previous automotive experience working with a variety of engines, be a dependable employee, exhibit teamwork, and add value to our organization.  

Responsibilities include:

• Perform routine maintenance – Tasks include oil changes, tire rotations, transmission flushes, air conditioner re-charges, front end work, inspections, battery installations, and headlight/taillight installations. 
• Electrical Knowledge a HUGE PLUS - Able to pull and replace radios, install remote start systems. Understand low voltage signal wiring. 
• Conduct diagnostic procedures – Includes extensive diagnostic inventory to determine the sources of customer's problems and provide accurate repair recommendations. 
• Manage paperwork – Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and our records.
• Maintain cleanliness - Ensure the work environment is clean and safe to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety. 

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• An ASE certification from a trade or technical school in automotive or engineering is desirable (not required) for this position. 
• 1.5+ years of service technician experience in a service facility
• Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment necessary
• Must have your own tools
• Ability to operate all auto repair tools
• Excellent listening & communication skills
• Must be an initiative-taker and be dependable

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday 8:00 – 5:00 (40 hours), earlier in the summer to beat the heat.  We want all our employees to take a 1-hour lunch to decompress! Guaranteed Salary "B or C".
