Mechanic A-Lower Shop Mobile Mechanic

Job Requirements:

• Must have a minimum set of hand tools as specified by the company.
• Proven previous experience required and must include three years of on-the-job experience working on similar equipment as described above or proof of technical school training. Work experience must have occurred within five years of today. Technical school training must accompany two years of on-the-job experience working on similar equipment with work experienced as described above occurring within five years of today.
• Proficiency must be shown in engine repair, transmission repair, differential repair, hydraulic system repair, and written and welding testing.
• All work as described above to be done in an efficient and workman-like manner.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Housekeeping of all areas in and around worksite.
• This is a safety sensitive position.

Note: In no case will your bid be considered if you have not already completed six (6) months continuous service. If an employee disqualifies himself or is disqualified from a bid job, he/she will be unable to bid again on that job classification for eighteen (18) months.

Position will be awarded based on qualifications, attendance, and disciplinary history.
