Lucia's Pizza is currently hiring for a full-time Pizza Production Line Crew Member to prepare and produce our frozen food in the St. Louis, MO area. This food service position earns a competitive wage of $16 per hour.

DAY-TO-DAY FOR A PIZZA PRODUCTION LINE CREW MEMBER

This entry-level food service position is full-time and typically works 3 days per week, Monday through Saturday with scheduled work every other Saturday. Depending on the station in the factory, you'll work one of the following shifts:

• 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

In this food service job, you are the cornerstone of our food manufacturing operations. Carefully following our recipes, you make our delicious crust and sauce fresh daily. While handling ingredient preparation, you also place cheese blocks into a machine for shredding, put the dough into presses, and fill the topping machines. You assemble food on a production line, adding sauce, cheese, and toppings according to our company specifications. You ensure that everything you make is clearly labeled and properly packaged.

Additionally, you watch the machines you use for potential operational issues. If anything seems weird, you report it to your supervisors. You also alert supervisors to any quality issues with our products. You love working alongside our fantastic production team in our fun, fast-paced factory and take pride in the tasty food you make!

We make the best frozen pizzas! Our story began when "Mama Lucia" Tumminello immigrated to St. Louis from Italy and settled in the famous Italian neighborhood, "The Hill". With her, she brought a special pizza recipe that was so good that word spread, and requests from friends and neighbors grew. In Mama Lucia's kitchen, the original St. Louis-style pizza was born, and in 1981, Lucia and two of her sons set out to talk to the owners of all the grocery stores in the area so that they could meet their goal of bringing their unique pizza to the masses.
