Looking for full-time and part-time care staff!
Activities you may do while working: Play Magic, other card or board games, play video games, watch movies, artwork, create a menu and cook a meal, shopping, attend recreational outings, outdoor activities like hiking going to the park, work on home skills, and so much more.

Lilac Ridge is a new program located in Spokane Valley designed to care for children ages 7 to 12. We need Direct Care staff to help create fun, stable, and predictable environments.
Direct care staff position working with youth in a residential treatment environment.
Hours available are 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am. Full time and part time for both shifts. Daytime shifts available for Saturday, Sunday, and non-school days.
We are open 24 hrs. a day 7 days a week in our residential settings.
Office hours are 9am-5pm M-F
Must have:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 21 years of age
- A valid drivers license and car insurance
- 1 year working with children
- COVID-19 Vaccination
Employees will also receive PAID training in CPR/First aid, Bloodborne Pathogens, Behavioral Management, Mandatory Reporter Training, and more.
