CNC Programmer

Currently, we are searching for an experienced CNC Programmer for our client in the Westlake, OH market. Our client is a premier fabricator and installer of natural and engineered stone countertops with huge opportunity for both short-term and long-term growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

We're looking forhighly qualifiedcandidates so you likely know the responsibilities but here are a few of the most important.

• Program and operate CNC machines to craft custom stone countertops
• Set up and maintain machines for optimal performance
• Interpret blueprints and specifications with precision to ensure production sheets and templates match before cuts
• Function as the Assistant Production Manager to prepare to lead your own shift
• Top tier candidates will also understand templating, fabrication and installation

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years experience operating Breton CNC machines or similar
• 2+ years experience templating (Digital and wooden stick) (Preferred)
• 2+ years experience stone installation (Preferred)

COMPENSATION:

• $75,000-$100,000 base salary (templating and fabrication knowledge/experience required for higher comps)
• Performance bonuses (10%+ of salary)
