Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Charismatic Persona: Radiate positivity, and exhibit a team-first attitude.
• Working experience; preferably in a position that has allowed you to prove your exceptional customer service and leadership skills
• Determined & Driven: Showcase a strong commitment to goals and work ethic.
• Tech-Ready: Be comfortable and adept with modern technology tools.
• Environmentally Adaptive: Be prepared to work in fast-paced settings, both indoors and outdoors, adapting to various weather conditions.
• Clear Communicator: Keep the channels of communication open, clear, and transparent with both guests and team.
  
• Availability to periodically work a flexible schedule based upon shift, project, and training requirements
• Experience Boost: Previous guest service or leadership experience will be an advantage.
  
• Dress the Part: Adherence to our uniform and appearance standards is key.
• Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license
• Willingness to consent to a background check
• Physical Demands: Ability to continuously stand or walk; ability to bend, squat, climb stairs, climb ladders, and lift frequently
