Baristas & Back Bar Needed for all Shifts - Badass Coffee of Hawaii

Badass Coffee of Hawaii is hiring Baristas, Back Bar, and Drive-Thru staff to join the team at our new McKinney location. We are searching for Full and Part-Time employees for morning, evening, and weekend shifts. Primary Responsibilities Include:

· Deliver the Aloha spirit in each customer and team interaction

· Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as hot and cold coffee, espresso drinks, and teas

· Champion menu items to customers and provide product details, such as coffee blend or preparation descriptions

· Cashier duties including processing customer payments

· Maintain a sanitary environment by cleaning and sanitizing all work and service areas, utensils, and equipment

· Ensure proper functioning of all equipment and adequate stock of supplies and retail products

· Practice quality service and safety standards; comply with all procedures, rules, and regulations

· Be a team player by exhibiting good communication, organizational, and time management skills

· Assist with food orders

· Begin every interaction with a smile and a genuine greeting – Aloha

· Close every interaction with a smile and a Thank You – Mahalo

· Add a “kick” – that little something special to make each customer interaction memorable

· Monitor product levels and stock as needed

· Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, back bar area, and kitchen

· Other duties as assigned

Successful Candidates Must:

• Be at least fifteen years of age
• Be willing to work as a team at all times
• Hold a Food Handler’s certificate or obtain one within first 30 days of employment
• Customer service experience preferred but not required
