JOB POSITION – Maintenance - Week Day Shift!

JOB LOCATION - 807 W Main Street, Clarkson, Kentucky

POSITION DESCRIPTION

This position will oversee the preventative maintenance for all Mann Lake mechanical systems. 4/10's with Friday, Saturday and Sunday off!

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

▪ Provide preventative maintenance service on all mechanical equipment and systems.

▪ Ensure there is compliance and mechanical integrity.

▪ Maintain and track equipment service manuals and parts lists.

▪ Develop and update PM procedures of equipment.

▪ Perform dedicated tasks in support of maintenance daily operations.

▪ Plan work and solve problems.

▪ Manage spare part inventory and ordering parts.

▪ Other duties as assigned by manager.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

▪ High school diploma or GED, required.

▪ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance role required.

▪ Experience in welding, fabricating, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs required.

▪ Valid driver’s license, required.

▪ A high level of mechanical aptitude and knowledge is required.

▪ Well organized and good attention to detail.

▪ Ability to consistently meet deadlines.

▪ Must be highly self-motivated with good safety habits.

▪ Ability to work regularly and dependably.

▪ Ability to collaborate and function in a team environment.

▪ Demonstrate ability to cope with stress and maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with internal and

external customers.

▪ Demonstrate ability to perform mental tasks such as making decisions, learning, thinking rationally and exercising

good judgment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

▪ Ability to effectively communicate with others both written and orally, including the telephone.

▪ This position is located in the warehouse and plant, with varying temperatures depending on the season.

▪ Mobility within the work facility.

▪ Use of hands and fingers fully; reach for, manipulate, and feel objects; stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl; stoop, lay,

bend or squat for long periods of time.

▪ Lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
