Description of Duties

• Ability to problem solve exterior siding issues that present themselves while working on older homes.
• Review the scope of each project to conduct a material take off and place a complete material order.
• Monitor material usage, minimize waste, anticipate shortages, and coordinate return of material overages for proper credit.
• Schedule and coordinate delivery and pick up of materials, dumpsters, porta potties, and other items to and from job sites.
• Submit Change Orders as needed to ensure unexpected project costs are captured and billed.
• Resolve complaints and disputes.
• Coordinate, schedule, and oversees siding and roofing projects.
• Provide great communication with customers, suppliers, and teammates to ensure projects run efficiently, to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain an understanding of basic contract information and ensure our project managers and crews are fulfilling each contract.
• Oversee Production Teams, assisting Project Managers with crew leadership.

Skills & Requirements

• You are highly organized in scheduling, coordinating, and managing projects.
• 3+ years of experience in siding project management
• Experienced with the ability to conduct a complete material take off for moderately complex siding projects.
• Experience in residential and/or commercial roofing or construction a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate with the ability to easily learn new software.

Location and Schedule:
This person will spend approximately 80% of their time in person at our Pontiac office and approximately 20% of their time in the field on job sites.

Scheduled Hours:
Monday – Friday: 7:00-4:00
May include some occasional time on Saturday.
