Requirements to apply:

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Active dental license in the state of California.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to provide high-quality dental care.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to dentistry.
  • At least 1 year of experience in non-for-profit environment (not required but highly preferred)


We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join a dental practice in Blythe, CA. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance or housing stipend available.

 

Job Overview      
The Dentist provides comprehensive dental care to patients, including emergency procedures, preventive services, restorative treatments, and rehabilitative services, following a specified Dental Privileges List. They prescribe medications when necessary and develop treatment plans based on comprehensive examinations. Additionally, they counsel patients on preventive dental care and explain treatment benefits and risks. The Dentist maintains accurate treatment records, ensures productivity levels, and supervises dental assistants, providing training and assistance as needed. They also participate in on-call rotations for after-hours dental emergencies. This role operates under the general supervision of the Chief Dental Officer and encompasses administrative and professional duties as required.
