Sous Chef, Head Cook - Fort Pierce, FL
We are looking for an individual who is experienced in all things Seafood who works with a collaborative spirit, positive attitude and has experience in high volume scratch kitchens.
To apply you should currently be in the role of: Sous Chef, Assistant Kitchen Manager, Chef, or kitchen manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of culinary experience in a HIGH VOLUME scratch kitchen
- Extensive prior experience working with a grill
- Possess great communication skills and experience in using/working with a computer
- Must be “Food Safe Certified”
- You have knowledge of food/restaurant service skills - all phases of food production and service, including storage and rotation, food preparation, recipe adherence, plate presentation, and service and production time standards
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
- You have strong verbal and written communications skills and are able to communicate operational information - proven track record of increasing experience and responsibility
- You have a high school diploma or GED
- Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business
- High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within the team.
A successful candidate will have the desire to grow and learn, a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.

5 day Work Schedule will be made of shifts containing Fridays and Saturdays 2-11, Sundays 2-10, Tuesdays-Thursdays 2-10
Starting Wage for this position is $20-$25 per hour for the first 40 hours. Anything over 40 is paid at time and a half. Overtime is not required but is available.
Annual Compensation Examples for a 50 hour work week:
$20.00 per hour = $57.200
$22.50 per hour = $64,350
$25.00 per hour = $71,500
