Receptionist Data Entry Clerk

Looking for Receptionist/Data Entry to add to our team!
You will be responsive for accurate data entry, file maintenance & recordkeeping.

• Answering Phones-good phone skills needed, transferring calls or taking written messages
• Enter & process shipments by UPS & Fedex
• Data Entry on daily basis(excellent typing skills)
• Peachtree or any other accounting program experience is helpful
• Process & Apply customer payments to invoices by check, cash & credit card
• Process bank deposits by electronic deposits
• Coordinate A/R receivables. Monitor any past due invoices & make collection calls or by email
• Experience in Typing, Excel, Word, Scanning & Emailing in outlook
• Auto Quotes Programs
• Strong organizational skills
• Reliable, Self starter & able to work by yourself or as team player
• Small company room to expand you job duties as you learn
