Job Description
We are looking for a Warehouse Maintenance Manager to be responsible for all required equipment and building maintenance for the Medical Division of a package manufacturing company. This position will manage maintenance as needed to ensure that the Division operates smoothly and efficiently.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Create and execute a routine maintenance plan for both the building and plant equipment
- Maintain a machine spare parts inventory
- Inspect and identify plant, equipment, or machines in need of repair
- Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs
- Plan repair work using building blueprints or equipment manuals as needed
- Perform basic repairs and routine maintenance on building systems
- Order supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
- Prepare periodic reports to management of key equipment maintenance issues.
- Follow and participate in all safety rules and programs
Your Responsibilities Include:
- At least 1-2 years in a warehouse maintenance position
- Ability to read wiring and exploded-view diagrams
- Experience in the following fields REQUIRED:
- PLC Programming
- Electrical
- Mechanic
- Hydraulic
- Pneumatic
- Forklift operation experience preferred
