Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Working Foreman for Landscape Construction and Enhancements. The ideal candidate will have irrigation, hardscapes, and general landscape construction expertise. This individual should possess strong leadership skills, demonstrate proficiency in using computers and mobile devices, and be capable of working in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a crew, ensuring efficient project execution, and maintaining excellent communication with ownership, team members, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and actively participate in landscape construction and enhancement projects.

Utilize expertise in irrigation and hardscape installations to ensure high-quality work.

Demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making, particularly in high-pressure situations.

Work outdoors in various weather conditions year-round.

Effectively supervise and lead a crew, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to project specifications.

Follow the site instructions and project plans accurately.

Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish to understand and address their needs.

Maintain a clean driving background and operate company vehicles safely.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in landscape construction and enhancements.

Expertise in irrigation and hardscape installations.

Proficient in using computers and mobile devices for project coordination.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to work well under pressure.

Comfortable working in outdoor environments year-round.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients.

Clean driving background and valid driver's license.
