Looking for the right person that likes to keep busy !\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nAs a Field Inspector, you would be responsible for driving to properties and reporting on their general condition. This includes taking photos of the property, determining occupancy, noting visual damages, and submitting information via a mobile application. Most properties are exterior inspections and take 3 to 5 minutes to complete.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nWe are looking for candidates with experience in field inspections, but we are also willing to train the right person for the job.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nPlease email us and ask for our PowerPoint presentation to learn more about the different kinds of field inspections we do.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nHere are some of the key requirements for this position:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nReliable transportation and valid driver’s license\r\nAbility to drive for extended periods.\r\nMust have a smart phone capable of submitting results via a mobile application.\r\nMust be able to pass a background check.\r\nGPS with routing capabilities\r\nExcellent time management\r\nAccess to internet connection.
