Responsibilities:
- Oversee kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Determine food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
- Maintain high food quality standards, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Create and develop menu items and recipes considering seasonal ingredients and cost effectiveness
