Quality Assurance Clerk

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - The following statements are intended to describe the general nature of the level of work being performed by an individual assigned to this job. Other duties may be assigned.

· Organize and inspect (Quality Check) incoming autographs from athletes/talent.

· Accurately retrieve autographs and place them within our inventory databases.

· Responsible for organizing physical autographed inventory, hard-signed cards, and labels.

· Assist with the autographed label inventory and cycle counts.

· Responsible for preparing shipments to talent.

· Review approved cards and update the data on the designated spreadsheet.

INTERACTION

This position will interact with internal co-workers in our Durham, North Carolina office and in our Carlsbad, California office.

EDUCATION/YEARS EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience in Quality Assurance/Inspection is a plus.
