Boxing Clerk

SUMMARY

Box and prepare cards for shipment. Will be a team-player, detail-oriented, and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - The following statements are intended to describe the general nature of the level of work being performed by an individual assigned to this job. Other duties may be assigned.

· Perform incoming receipts for cards.

· Notify project coordinators of project receipts.

· Request box labels from project coordinators.

· Responsible for preparing box cards and boxes for shipment.

· Place completed cards on shipping shelves.

· Notify respected party that the TA cards are ready to be shipped.

· Responsible for updating and providing lists of shipping materials needed for monthly supply orders.

INTERACTION

This position will interact with internal co-workers in our Durham, North Carolina office and in our Carlsbad, California office.

EDUCATION/YEARS EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Equivalent work experience is a plus.

· Basic data entry abilities.

· Maintain an organized and stocked staging area.

· Ability to assemble daily orders by shipping locations or any other shipping categories.

· Consistently employ effective time-management skills, and work any additional hours required.
