About the role

The Demand Planning Lead is a crucial part of our Supply Chain team, reporting to the Demand Planning Manager. As the Demand Planning Lead, you will be responsible for aligning the Haleon supply chains more closely with the businesses, integrating the inputs into a Global Matrix Supply Chain, and leading collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain for Haleon. You will drive excellence in demand forecasting, S&OP, IBP and ensure efficiency in the delivery of critical KPIs across a complex network.

Role Responsibilities

  • Maintain high quality relationships with commercial teams and QSC counterparts to fully understand the whole supply chain and impact of decisions made.
  • Generate baseline forecast to ensure robust & realistic baseline forecast generated.
  • Develop and embed a sustainable 24-month Forecasting process driven by Baseline inputs and incorporating right level of stakeholder collaboration.
  • Develop the aggregate demand plan, document, updates and challenge the factors and assumptions supporting the demand monthly for DRM.
  • Monitor demand plans for promotions and new products, working closely with the commercial teams to ensure the plan effectiveness is evaluated & linked into demand plans.
  • Monitor demand plan performance, providing detailed input to sales and marketing for use in DRM.
  • Identify sales risk & propose sales opportunity to maximize gross margin through better A&P decisions based on transparency of operational realties.
  • Accountable for shared Key Performance Indicators (On Time in Full (OTIF), Daily Sales conformance, Customer Metrics/Feedback).
  • Drive capability improvement in alignment with common central standards.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain.

  • Must have experience with Excel.

  • Must have experience with CRM.

  • Experience handling large amounts of data.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in logistics, supply management, demand management, operational management, or IT.
  • Ability to be proactive in leading and managing information and data from the supply chain organization.
  • Organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Leadership and influencing skills.
  • Relationship builder.
  • Strong awareness of customer service.
  • Ability to apply strategic and lateral thinking to deliver large scale network solutions.
  • Highly developed analytical skills

This position is a grade: 7.

Haleon offers a robust Total Reward package that consists of competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits program.  This includes a generous 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement and time off programs including 6 months paid parental leave.  On day one, you are eligible for benefits, including our healthcare programs where the company pays for the majority of your medical coverage for you and your family.  We also offer the opportunity to receive a discretionary bonus based on the achievement of key business performance and other incentive/recognition programs as part of the offering.  The salary range for this role is $90,500 to $122,500 plus a 12% bonus.
