Cabinetry -Finishing Aide

A local company is expanding its cabinet finishing team. We're seeking skilled individuals with expertise in woodworking and a passion for craftsmanship. 

Position Details:

  • Day Shift Pay: Starting at $19 per hour or more, based on experience
  • Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Qualifications:

  • Consistent employment for one year within the last two years.
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Proficiency in woodworking techniques and finishes
  • Familiarity with the production process, including quality control measures
  • Ability to manage costs and time effectively
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable with prolonged standing and working in various conditions

Responsibilities:

  • Execute cabinet finishing tasks with precision and attention to detail
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Adhere to company standards for quality and efficiency
