Assistant Cook/Full-time

* Oversee assigned meals following menu schedule.

* Responsible for ensuring food is prepared and ready at scheduled time.

* Supervise kitchen helpers, assigning duties as required during absence of Kitchen Supervisor.

* Maintain a high degree of cleanliness and order in the kitchen complying with OSHA and food

service standards.

* Ensure that all personnel on shift understand the need for personal hygiene, are clean-shaven,

and wearing clean, appropriate clothing.

* Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and/or Administrator.

* Fills in for the Resident Manager as needed; evening/overnight shift.
