Summary

The MIL Corporation seeks aProject Manager (Project Management, Analyst)to support multiple Program Managers at our Lexington Park, MD location. The Project Manager will provide support to Program Managers which will include daily administrative duties, procurement tracking and high level assistance with contract management.

This position currently requires a hybrid schedule, with 3 days on-site. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide project and administrative support on an on-going basis
  • Update and maintain electronic documents for task documentation
  • Review and maintain spreadsheets to be used for approving financial reports
  • Develop, submit and track deliverables including monthly status reports
  • Responsible for generating purchase requisitions(PR's) for government contracts, consultants and sub-contractors
  • Maintain and organize files, data entry, drafting documents, and other general administrative duties
  • Lead project and financial report meetings and provide meeting minutes as required.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Deltek
  • Experience with Costpoint and report generation for expense tracking
  • Solid communication skills with USG personnel (CO/COR) on topics such as CLIN, SLIN, ACRN and DD250's
  • Ability to work regular office hours, Monday through Friday; flexible hours may be required for special events
  • Excellent professional, verbal, and written communication
  • Ability to work independently and at an optimal level in a fast-paced environment
  • Very good organization, planning and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • In depth accounting capability
  • Experience working within an office environment.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail

Salary at MIL is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and contractual limitations. For this position, the projected compensation range is $87,000 - $115,500 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package.
