BrightStar Care of Santa Barbara County offers flexible per diem scheduling so you can work the schedule that fits your lifestyle.  Do you need to work mornings while the kids are at school?  We have shifts for that.  Do you prefer NOC shifts so you can take classes during the day?  We have shifts for that too. 

As a part of our professional care team, you’ll provide high quality, compassionate care working with clients of all ages including children, elderly and disabled adults with varying levels of independence.  Your duties will include offering assistance and supporting clients’ day-to-day activities, personal care, transportation needs and more.

- Discounted Hands-On CPR & First Aid Certification
- One on One, in-person trainings tailored to your needs
- Online Courses so you can learn at your pace, from the comfort of your home
- Group Classes offered 3 times a month
- CE Events to help CNAs, LVNs & RNs stay licensed
