Position Summary

Join Applied General Agency’s commission support team. We are a Field Marketing Organization that services thousands of insurance brokers on a daily basis. Responsibilities include processing commission statements from insurance carriers to match our system, issuing commission for payment to brokers, assessing data to ensure accuracy, and organizing and prioritizing tasks to make sure statements are processed in a timely manner. We are looking for someone who can discern incorrect payments and apply accurate commission payments to agents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process carrier statements to issue payments to Brokers.
• Verify member eligibility and enrollment status with carriers.
• Verifying the accuracy of system data and payment data
• Allocate commission to pay out on correct member records.

Commissions Team Requirements

• Associates Degree or equivalent
• Thorough understanding of Excel
• Experience with other Microsoft office programs
