What you can expect from this role
The ENT clinic specializes in expert care for adults and children, with a wide range of services covering ear, nose, and throat health. The RN Lead will assist with first point of contact for clinical staff daily functions, participate and assist in leading daily huddles, clinical education updates, collaborates with practice manager regarding staff schedules, surgery scheduling, prior authorizations, high level disinfection (HLD) with scopes, onboarding new clinical staff, assisting with in-clinic procedures such as biopsies, tube placements, and more.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p - no weekends/holidays

Qualifications
- Education: BSN
- Experience: 3 years’ experience
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
