Position Title: Sales Clerk

Report To: Kewanee 360 Life Center Director & the Assistant 360 Life Center Manager

Qualifications:

Education: High School degree or equivalent

Experience: Communication skills. Able to take directions. Retail experience helpful. Money handling experience helpful. Customer service experience helpful. Friendly, positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Straighten racks
• Keep sales floor in a neat and tidy fashion
• Assist customers
• Direct clients needing assistance to the office
• Assist customers bringing in donations
• Work in sorting room
• Check out customers on cash register
• All other duties as assigned

RPT Non Exempt

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

This Position is required to do light to moderate physical work. In order to successfully perform the essential functions of this position, the individual is regularly required to move around the store for some periods of time, use hands and fingers, communicate, move, frequently required to position self to stoop, kneel or crouch, frequently required to reach with and use arms and hands as required in moving items and sorting through them. Specific vision abilities by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to focus. This is a moderate noise level position. Most work will be indoors. The display room is a temperature controlled environment, however, the sorting/back room may be cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Individual must be capable of continuously lifting fifteen pounds, frequently lifting thirty pounds and occasionally lifting up to fifty pounds.
