Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food in a timely, efficient, sanitary and consistent manner.

  • Two years full-service restaurant experience (fine dining preferred)
  • Prep and line experience required
  • High level of professionalism
  • Ability to take direction
  • Ability to work in a team oriented environment
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure

Southminster is open year round, which will require availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one year experience in quality food production and training in food service.
  • Previous formal or on the job training in food storage, preparation, cooking and estimating quantities of food.
