Description

Responsible for the day to day shipping and receiving duties, including freight company relations and warehouse operations.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Receive shipment, confirm shipment is accurate.
  • Distribute received shipment to warehouse or appropriate Department.
  • Receipt invoice for Inventory purposes.
  • Pick, stock and restock inventory.
  • Shipment of all packages via UPS, Fed EX and all other applicable methods.
  • Ensure quality control procedures are followed.
  • Assist in housekeeping duties including recycling materials, collecting & disposing of trash.
  • Assist in inventory functions including cycle counts, physical inventories, and warehouse organization.
  • Interact with freight companies to provide the best freight solutions for the business.
  • Process applicable paperwork including freight bills, packing slips, and bill of ladings.
  • This position will also have responsibilities with CORES and warranty.
  • Assistance on making parts delivers.

Qualifications:

Individual should know how to operate a fork lift or a strong ability to learn, have basic knowledge of computers, poses excellent organizational and communication skills.

Individual should poses a high school diploma or its equivalent.
