Responsibilities - Service Advisor:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking express vehicle services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and other minor maintenance tasks
• Greet customers courteously, assess their vehicle service needs, and recommend appropriate service options based on manufacturer recommendations and vehicle history
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of express service jobs and maintain efficient workflow
• Communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing updates on service status, additional recommendations, and estimated completion times
• Assist with scheduling service appointments, preparing service estimates, and processing service orders
• Support internal service operations by coordinating communication and workflow between service technicians and other departments
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions

Requirements - Service Advisor:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as an automotive Service Advisor or in a similar role preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with automotive systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Proficiency with computer systems and automotive service software
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
