We need to hire a Service Advisor/Writer to provide prompt, dependable, high-quality, consulting for Harley-Davidson vehicle service guests by using current pro-active feature/benefit processes and active delivery presentation for new and used vehicles. The position is designed to create an exceptional experience for the customer / prospect, create an ongoing and growing revenue stream, and repeat / referral business. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Guide customers through the entire motorcycle repair/maintenance process, advise them on service options and costs, offer 'specials', sell parts, accessories & installation, schedule service appointments, follow their bike from service bay entry to completion, quality control bike, and review competed work order with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications/Requirements - Service Advisor/Writer:
- Service Advisor / Writer experience is a plus but not required. Training is provided!
- Good communication, customer service, computer and sales skills
- Driver's license and good driving record is required
- Ability to push, move and/or ride an 800 lb. motorcycle is required
- Ability to drive a truck with a trailer is a plus!
- A motorcycle endorsement is preferred but not required. We will help you obtain a motorcycle endorsement.
- Energetic and dependable with a good work ethic
- Self-motivated to succeed
